The strange news of Israeli Newspaper on Interviewing Mr Khatami

 

Tonight one of the news agencies sent a text mail stating that the Israeli newspaper Yediot Aharonot Has claimed that they have interviewed Mr Khatami in Davos and Mr Khatami has sent regards to Moshe Katsav, the Israeli president, as a fellow citizen (from the same city) and has expressed his willingness to visit Israel. With regard to Holocaust, they have quoted Mr Khatami saying that “the Holocaust against the Jewish people was one of the gravest acts against humanity in our time”. The French news agency (AFP) which is also surprised that Mr Khatami has made an interview with an Israeli newspaper has quoted the Holocaust part of this piece of news. It was clear that this is a big lie. Israelis try to ruin every successful trip of Mr Khatami. I contacted Mr Khatami in Switzerland. He rejected it seriously and said he has not interviewed any Israeli or non-Israeli newspaper in Davos and this is the everlasting evil nature of Israeilis. Of course the text of the news which says Mr Khatami has sent regards to Israeli president and has said that he wishes to go to Israeli by itself shows that it is a lie. Mr Khatami emphasized several times that he has not made any interviews at all. This shows that Mr. Khatami had a very successful trip that Israelis have started such a funny game so hastily. What do Israelis really think?
